Independent authors face an enormous challenge in bringing their books to the attention of readers. Excellent novels can easily disappear amongst the thousands of new titles competing for attention.
Elliseran is creating another opportunity — another place to be discovered, another way to reach readers and another opportunity to sell your books.
Our full launch is planned for First Quarter 2027, and we are initially looking for 10 independent adult fiction authors to become part of our opening collection.

Publishing through Elliseran is non-exclusive. Your novel remains your novel. You retain your copyright, ownership and editorial control, and you remain completely free to sell your book through Amazon, your own website or anywhere else you choose.
Elliseran simply gives your novel another shop window and another opportunity to find new readers.
We want Elliseran’s adult collection to offer readers a varied selection of independent fiction. We welcome novels across a wide range of genres, including Romance, Crime, Thriller, Mystery, Science Fiction, Fantasy, Historical Fiction, Adventure, Horror, Humour and Contemporary Fiction.

A Better Way to Present Your Novel
We’re not looking for books that all sound alike. Different voices, different styles and different stories are exactly what make independent fiction interesting.
Purchased books are accessed through each customer’s own secure Elliseran book area, rather than simply supplying an unrestricted digital file. Readers can return to their purchased books whenever they want, while authors benefit from a more controlled way of providing digital access to their work.
Helping Readers Discover You
We don’t want your novel simply added to a catalogue and forgotten.
Authors can have their own author profile, giving readers the opportunity to discover more about the person behind the book and explore their other titles.
Books may also be selected for featured titles, new releases, author features, genre collections, seasonal collections and special recommendations, giving readers more ways to discover something new.
If your novel is also available as a paperback through Amazon, we’ll provide a free link to the paperback edition from its Elliseran sales page.
A Simple 70/30 Arrangement
When one of your digital books sells through Elliseran, you receive 70% of the sale price and Elliseran retains 30% commission.
There are no additional charges for your ELLISERAN UK CHECK READER, author profile or Amazon paperback link.
Author payments are made on the 28th of each month, based on funds that have been received and cleared by Elliseran by the 1st of that month. You will also receive sales information so you can see how your books are performing through Elliseran.
Become One of Our First 10 Fiction Authors
For our opening collection, we are initially looking for just 10 independent adult fiction authors.
These first authors will have the opportunity to be recognised as Founding Authors of Elliseran and to be part of the platform as we build towards our full launch.
We’re deliberately starting small because we want to give the books and authors joining Elliseran individual attention, rather than building an enormous automated catalogue.
There is no commitment simply by submitting your novel for consideration, no exclusivity and no transfer of copyright.

When we’ve finished, we’ll email the results privately to you for your consideration and/or information. We’ll highlight strengths as well as anything we believe might benefit from another look and explain why it caught our attention.
Adult fiction can, of course, explore difficult, violent, sexual, political or controversial subjects. ELLISERAN UK CHECK READER is not intended to sanitise adult fiction. Where something may create an unintended problem or affect the reader’s understanding of the story, however, we may bring it to the author’s attention.
Any suggestions are advisory. You retain editorial control and make the final decisions about your novel.
